Life inevitably brings periods of uncertainty, pain, and transition. At times we may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, relationship struggles, or the sense that we have lost our direction. Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, listen more deeply to yourself, and begin to understand the patterns shaping your experience.

 

Individual therapy is a collaborative process. Together we explore the thoughts, emotions, and life experiences that influence how you relate to yourself and others. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, our work aims to uncover the deeper emotional and psychological dynamics that may be asking for attention and care.

My approach integrates depth psychology with a strong focus on emotional awareness and the mind–body connection. I believe that meaningful change occurs when we can approach our inner experience with curiosity rather than judgment. As understanding grows, new possibilities for choice, healing, and personal growth naturally emerge. I employ the following types of therapy depending on client needs and preferences:
